  1. Start with boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Rinse and pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
Marination
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
