Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Stir to distribute evenly.
Step 2: Add Water and Oil
- Pour in warm water and olive oil. Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3: First Rise
- Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 8–12 hours.
Step 4: Shape the Dough
- Lightly flour a surface and shape the dough gently into a round loaf. Avoid overworking it.
Step 5: Second Rise
- Place the dough on parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Air Fry the Bread
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 7: Cool and Serve
- Remove bread and cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
