Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour The base of your dough.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast Helps the dough rise.
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Feeds the yeast and adds light sweetness.
Wet Ingredients
  • 0.75 cups Warm water Around 100°F (38°C).
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Adds moisture and flavor.

Method
 

Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Stir to distribute evenly.
Step 2: Add Water and Oil
  1. Pour in warm water and olive oil. Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3: First Rise
  1. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 8–12 hours.
Step 4: Shape the Dough
  1. Lightly flour a surface and shape the dough gently into a round loaf. Avoid overworking it.
Step 5: Second Rise
  1. Place the dough on parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Air Fry the Bread
  1. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 7: Cool and Serve
  1. Remove bread and cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
